Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During sales, product launches, and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. If we expect a significant delay, we'll let you know by email.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin from the dispatch date — not the order date.
  • Transit times can vary depending on your location, local carriers, and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

  • Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update, as it can take time for the carrier to scan and register the package.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with specialist suppliers to bring you the best products, orders containing more than one item may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive on different days. Rest assured that every item in your order is on its way — you won't be charged any extra for split shipments.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
  • They are set and collected by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you'd like an estimate before ordering.

Delays Outside Our Control

  • Peak-season and high-volume periods

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can only update the address if the order hasn't yet been dispatched.
  • Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, or unclaimed at a pickup point, may incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Please contact us within [30] days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve it, whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items
